User Experience Improvement and Strategy

Studied user perceptions and usability of Google Play Academy among students and professionals through interviews, diaries, and analysis. Findings reveal a need for the platform to better address professional needs through quick search and bite size content.

Technology adoption of Emergent users

Secondary research

Updating an existing technology adoption model in the context of India's rapid digital transformation. Conducted secondary research (30+ insights), reviewed 70 HCI4D papers, and completed 44 contextual interviews (target: 80) generating 700+ data points. Built work models and affinity diagrams, and currently leading 3 interns for fieldwork and analysis.

Colors in Digital Calendar

Evaluating the effectiveness of Color-coded categories in digital calendars. The results showed that the average time to locate events was lowest in the 6-color calendar, but not statistically significant. Certain calendars were more overwelming than other.
